So excited for the next books in the series. OF COURSE, this book wasn't all sunshine and rainbows but that's the best thing about dark romance. The bathing and cooking scenes were simply the best. ![]() He opened up to Cecily and there were so many amazing scenes. What I really loved about him, was how he started softening for Cecily bit by bit and started realising that he didn't always have to hold the burdens and responsibilities he has inside. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint! As always Rina Kent just knows how to write a brutal, dark, possessive and obsessive hero. I was excited to read their story from the glimpses we had gotten of the characters as individuals and how they interacted with in each other, in the previous books.
